Complade is a Canadian certification body accredited by the Standards Council of Canada, Canada's national accreditation body and an IAF MLA signatory, under ISO/IEC 17021-1 for ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and CyberSecure Canada (CAN/DGSI 104). We certify only: no consulting, no readiness services, no software, and certification decisions are kept separate from audit delivery.

Our process, prices and portal are public, so a buyer knows the cost, the steps and the timeline before applying. We try to be as transparent as possible. Audits are objective-based and run the same way for every client, remotely where permitted and on site when required, in English and French. We also publish on our website what evidence is expected so clients can prepare. One online portal handles the application, evidence, audit findings and certificates.
