Technical Account Manager (QSR and Food Service)

Home-based role near Lansing, Michigan, acting as the main technical contact for a global quick-service restaurant (QSR) and food service client. Leads multi-country food safety assurance programs, trains and calibrates auditors, reviews audit reports and supports quarterly business reviews with the strategic accounts team. Requires 10+ years in food safety or quality assurance with QSR experience, a QMS or FSMS Lead Auditor qualification, and strong knowledge of the FDA Food Code, FSMA and HACCP.
