We utilise Dropbox for file storage and sharing, and an integrated approach when developing management systems - covering multiple standards with the one system. Use of remote technology is also used such as Zoom, as well as travel direct to client sites to foster relationships and help with a hands on approach. Responsive communication with clients kept up-to-date and implementation checklists used to keep clients on track. Experience with UKAS audits and assistance with closure of non-conformities. Based in London, with head office in Scotland but can work UK-wide.
